Booking
a Show
For
the 2006 performance dates, there is a new system. Since some high
school bands don't stay together as long as other bands, there will
be a waiting list of bands that are interested in playing.
The
New Process:
1. On the first Monday of every month, we will call the next band
on the waiting list. If the band is still interested in playing, we
will send out a contract that must be sent back within four working
days - if the contract is not returned within four working days the
main band will forfeit their spot and be moved to the bottom of the
waiting list.
2. The main band must find (ONLY) two other bands to play with them
on the 'Third Friday' of the month. All three band contracts must
be signed and sent back within four working days - again, if the contract
is not returned within four working days the main band will forfeit
their spot and be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
3. When contracts are sent back, we will make flyers for the bands
with the appropriate information on it and send the flyers to each
band for them to distribute.

with all your contact information and you will be put on the
waiting list.
